1) Place your order

2) IMPORTANT: Email photos of your car to kexkrewcustomerservice@gmail.com  with order number and first and last name on order

OR

DM (Direct Message) photos of your car to with screenshot of order number and first and last name on order to @kexkrew on Instagram 

3) We will proceed to draw your car after steps 1-2 are completed. Depending on where you sent your photo we will send you pictures of the drawing to confirm you like it.

This is more than a drawing and product to us, it is a gift for many to make others smile. So we want to make sure you love it.

IMPORTANT: All car drawings are Copyrighted by KexKrew. Any use of car drawings sent by KexKrew is prohibited.

4) After you confirm you like the drawing, we will proceed to put the drawing on a hoodie. Then, ship it out to you! Tracking numbers will be provided once the hoodie is shipped.

NORTH AMERICA SHIPPING POLICY

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO NORTH AMERICA  (UNITED STATES, CANADA, AND MEXICO)

It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped in the U.S. While shipping to Canada can take up to 14-16 business days, Please note that this excludes processing snd packaging times. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. 

If you have not received an email with your tracking number yet then your order is still being processed, packaged, and has not being shipped out yet. 

REFUND POLICY 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, and order number.
