NORTH AMERICA SHIPPING POLICY

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO NORTH AMERICA (United States, Canada, and Mexico)

Please note that this excludes manufacturing and processing times. It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be and shipped. As for Canada shipping it can take up to 14 days for your package to be shipped. This excludes the processing and packing time of the package.

TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order ships out, along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

KexKrew does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
