Shipping Policy Pre-Orders

NORTH AMERICA SHIPPING POLICY

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO NORTH AMERICA (United States, Canada, and Mexico)

Please note that this excludes manufacturing and processing times. It can take up to 1-6 business weeks for your order to be and shipped since it is pre-orders. As for Canada shipping it can take up to an extra week for your package to be shipped. This excludes the processing and packing time of the package.

TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order ships out, along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

KexKrew does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, and order number.
